The Provision of Electronic Warfare Capability Support to DSTO-E Standing Offer was compiled by the Department of Defence to elect a panel of organisations to support DSTO-Edinburgh with a range of EW based tasks over a 5 year period.  QinetiQ Consulting has been a member since the inception of the Panel.  Initially the Standing Offer expedited tasking under Project Arrangement 10 which is cooperative and collaborative research, development and engineering between the Governments of Australia and the USA.  Following the recent conclusion of the PA, the Standing Offer will be used for a more general range of DSTO EW based tasking.  The Standing Offer allows QinetiQ Consulting to be tasked within the following service categories:

• Project Management,
• Software Engineering, and
• Radar Specialist.

The primary tasking body is the Electronic Warfare and Radar Division, however the Standing Offer can be accessed from other divisions within DSTO if necessary.

• Modelling, Simulation, Engineering and Integration Support
• Independent Verification and Validation
• Integration Processor Enhancement for HWIL Integration
• Project Management and Configuration Management
