The Directorate of Common Services Development within Defence's Chief Information Officer Group established a Standing Offer Panel for a range of services to support the development and delivery of Defence IT systems capability projects. The Directorate provides enterprise-wide capabilities for Access Security and Identity, and Trusted Information Exchange (including eBusiness and Enterprise Applications Integration), as part of the Defence Information Environment.
