NSW Dept of Commerce: State Procurement

State Procurement is a Division of the NSW Department of Commerce, and conducts the operational work of the State Contracts Control Board by contracting for various goods and services.  State Procurement has found it necessary, at times of peak workload, to obtain services of external organisations to undertake the procurement and contracting service on its behalf, so as to ensure a timely service to its clients.  To that end State Procurement established a Panel of specialists to offer such services.

State Procurement requires comprehensive procurement and contracting services for various projects, on an as required basis.  The services cover all aspects of the procurement cycle, from initial client contact / viability assessment through to finalisation of contract award, including debriefing of unsuccessful tenderers.

To discuss how this Panel can assist your organisation, please contact us on 1800 007 301.
