The Australian Crime Commission is a Commonwealth Statutory body working nationally with other Commonwealth, State and Territory agencies to counter serious and organised crime.  It aims to bring together all arms of intelligence gathering and law enforcement to unify the fight against serious and organised criminal activity.  Included in its function is the delivery of a wide range of intelligence services and the management of the nation's criminal intelligence database.

To fulfil its charter, the ACC has engaged QinetiQ Consulting to provide ICT project management expertise to assist with its upgrade of the Commission's analytical, information and business management capability.  QinetiQ Consulting supports tasks that optimise ACC's infrastructure and asset acquisition, and in ACC's national office relocation program.
